Privacy policy

Effective 29 September 2026.

Kybagen operates a private, self-hosted workflow automation server (n8n) used only by its owner to run the owner's own businesses. It is not offered to the public.

Google user data

The "Kybagen n8n" application connects to the owner's own Google account through Google's OAuth consent. It uses the Gmail API to send email that the owner has approved, such as invoice notifications to the owner's customers and internal confirmations to the owner.

• Google user data is used only to provide these email functions for the owner.
• It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI or machine-learning models.
• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's own server and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Kybagen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
